Articles 1: Board approved to hold the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-        Meeting date: March 16, 2017

-        Meeting venue: Block 24, Tra Noc Industrial Park, Binh Thuy, Can Tho.

Articles 2: Board approved to pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-        Estimated record date:  February 09, 2017

-        Exercise ratio: 05% (500dongs/share)

-        Payment date: March 16, 2016

Articles 3: This Resolution will be effective from December 21, 2016.
