An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (code: AAA) announced Board Resolution No.0711 dated November 07, 2016. Accordingly, the Board approved to issue shares for the warrant linked bond which was approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting on November 04, 2015, the first phase as follows:

-          Issuer: An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company

-          Current charter capital: VND518,999,880,000, equivalent to 51,899,988 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: based on the requests by warrant holders.

-          Issue price: VND11,500/share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Stock type: common, transferable shares

-          Record date for closing the list of warrant holders: December 05, 2016

-          Issue date: in December 2016
