SD8: Stock under trading restriction Pursuant to Regulations on
Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision
No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the
temporary suspension of SD8 stock as follows:

- Reason: the Company has not disclosed the
consolidated audited financial statement in 2 continuous years 2015 and 2016, under
trading restriction in accordance with Point a Clause 1 Article9a of Regulations on Organization and
Management of UPCoM at the HNX.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when SD8 stock
is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being
