V15: Stock under trading restriction Pursuant to Regulations on
Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision
No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the
temporary suspension of V15 stock as follows:

restriction: V15 can only be traded on Friday weekly.

- Reason: the Company has not disclosed the
consolidated audited financial statement in 2 continuous years 2015 and 2016, under trading restriction in
accordance with Point a Clause 1 Article9a of Regulations on
Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when V15 stock
is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being
put under trading suspension.HNX
