HPT: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016, supplemented and amended according to Decision No.268/QĐ-SGDHN dated 29/04/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the trading restriction of PID stock as follows:

- Stock code: HPT
- Effective date: 19/05/2017

- Number of shares under trading restriction: 6,864,201 shares
- Total value under  trading restriction (by par): VND 68,642,010,000
- Reason: the Company has not disclosed the consolidated audited financial statement in 2 continuous years 2015 and 2016, under trading restriction in accordance with Point a Clause 1 Article 9a of Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX
- Trading restriction: HPT stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
