capital contribution to establish Da Nang Water Infrastructure Joint Stock
Company as follows:
Article 1: Contribute capital to establish Da Nang Water
Infrastructure Joint Stock Company with the following contents:
- Charter capital: VND
100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion dongs)
- In which, Danang Housing
Investment Development Joint Stock Company contribute VND 90,000,000,000
(Ninety billion dongs) equivalent to 90% of charter capital at the contribution
time, equivalent to 9,000,000 common shares (Nine million common shares) with the par value VND 10,000 per share.
- Contribution time: in 2016
- Contribution method: in cash
