On 08/01/2016, PIV Petro Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company announced the share issuance to the public as follows:

6. Target of capital mobilization: supplement the floating capital for production business operation, and invest in companies operating in the same area.

9. Time for registration and payment: from 03/02/2016 to 08/03/2016

Time for buying rights transference: from 03/02/2016 to 26/02/2016, buying rights is able to be transferred only one time.
