SSI: Decision on the change of listing

On September 30, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.4369/QD-SGDHCM to allow Saigon Securities Incorporation (securities code: SSI) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 427,332,799 shares

-         Additional volume: 42,730,885 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND427,308,850,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 470,063,684 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND4,700,636,840,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: October 05, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to payment for the 2014 dividend.
