CII: Decision on the change of listing

On September 29, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.434/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 212,439,138 shares

-         Additional volume: 14,618,500 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND146,185,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 227,057,638 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,270,576,380,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: October 02, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to conversion of convertible bonds.
