MBB: Decision on the change of listing

On September 25, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.432/QD-SGDHCM to allow Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 1,159,393,750shares

-         Additional volume: 34,781,812 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND347,818,120,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 1,194,175,562 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND11,941,755,620,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 29, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay for the second phase of 2014.
