On September 23, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.427/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 17,260,976 shares

-         Additional volume: 6,904,390 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND69,043,900,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 24,165,366 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND241,653,660,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 25, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase charter capital.
