-         Number of shares before additional listing: 200,000,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 63,000,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND630,000,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 263,000,000 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,630,000,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 24, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
