SCR: Board resolution On 30/09/2015, Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock
Company announced the Board resolution as follows:
Article 1:
Approve the result of existing shareholders registering and making the shares
payment in the period of issuing shares to increase charter capital in 2015 as
follows:
- Number
of shares offered to existing shareholders: 50,111,856
shares
- Number
of registered shares and made the payment: 867
shares
- Number
of arising fractional shares and was not sold out: 50,110,989 shares
Article 2:
Approve the method of handling 50,110,989 the remained shares from the period
of issuing shares to existing shareholders in 2015 as follows:
- All
the remained shares are offered to the strategic investors
- Offering
price: VND 10,000 per share
- Time
to register and make the payment: from 30/09/2015 to 06/10/2015
Article 3: This
resolution takes effect from the signing day
Directors, Board of General Managers and related departments
