Company announced the Board resolution as follows:
Article 1: Board
of Directors approves Sacomreal investing in Thuong Tin Tau Cuoc Co., Ltd.
(TTTC) with the following details:
- Rate
of additional investment: 58.94%
of Charter capital of TTTC
- Value
of additional investment: VND
174,553,167,600
- Holding
rate after the implementation: 74.00%
of Charter capital of TTTC
Article 2: Board
of Directors authorizes Mr. Pham Nhat Vinh – Chairman of the Board cum General
Manager of the Company to implement the necessary procedures and take right to
sign all the related contracts, documents, vouchers to implement the above
content according to the regulations of law and the Charter of the Company.
Article 3: This
resolution takes effect from the signing day.
Directors, General Manager, Deputy General Managers, Chiefs
of related departments, units take responsibility for performing this
