ELC: Ownership ratio change in an associated company

Changing the ownership ratio at Telsoft Joint Stock Company (its old name: Telsoft Software And Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company) as follow:

-          Paid-in capital was decreased from 30% to 21% on 30 September 2015.

-          Paid-in capital was decreased from 21% to 8% on 01 October 2015. So, Telsoft Joint Stock Company is not an associated company of ELCOM CORP as of 1 October 2015.
