HQC: Information disclosure On September 26, 2015, Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) officially completed the basement and sold the social housing project at the Bac Vinh Hai residential area under Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang city.
Total construction area of 10,842.8m2 with total investment capital of VND 500 billion including 4 apartment blocks with the height of 15 – 18 floors. The project provided 1,002 apartments with the area from 46.3m2 to 69.9m2 consisting of swimming pool, trade center, park, kindergarten, polyclinics, gym, public area, restaurant, coffee shop … Besides, HQC also signed the contract with leading international and domestic groups such as LG, Huyndai, Viglacera to supply their best products and services for HQC Nha Trang.
On the opening day of the HQC Nha Trang project, 650 over total 1,002 apartments traded successful with total value of over VND 370 billion including 532 social housing apartments, 116 trade apartments and 2 downtowns. The project shall be handed over to the customers from Quarter 4/2016. HOSE
