TSC: TSC raises the ownership in TSC SEEDS to 93.42%

On September 01, 2015, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called TSC) approved the capital contribution to purchase the unsold shares of TSC Seeds Joint Stock company (hereinafter called TSS):

-          Capital contribution rate: TSC invests an additional amount of VND35 billion, increasing the ownership in TSS to 93.42%.

-          Time of implementation: from September 01, 2015to the end of September 01, 2015.
