TSC: TSC raises the ownership in TSC SEEDS to 75%

On August 31, 2015, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called TSC) approved the capital contribution to purchase the shares of TSC Seeds Joint Stock company (hereinafter called TSS):

-          Capital contribution rate: TSC invests an additional amount of VND105 billion, increasing the ownership in TSS to 75%.

-          Time of implementation: from August 31, 2015 to the end of August 31, 2015.
