BGM: BGM delays the extraordinary general shareholders ’ meeting (EGM)

On September 07, 2015, the extraordinary general shareholders ’ meeting (EGM) of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 13 shareholders representing 23,026,939 shares (accounting for 50.3% of voting shares). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company decided:

-          To delay the extraordinary general shareholders ’ meeting (EGM)  (the first time);

-          The Board of Directors will hold the extraordinary general shareholders ’ meeting (EGM) (the second time);

+    Meeting date: September 22, 2015

+    Meeting venue: Cau Sat Village, Son Hai Ward, Luc Ngan District, Bac Giang Provicne.

+    Objects: the shareholders are in the list recorded on August 14, 2015 (the information will be posted on the company’s website: http://khoangsanbacgiang.com.vn
