On August 10, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.339/QD-SGDHCM to allow Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (securities code: NKG) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 39,900,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 3,191,920 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND31,919,200,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 43,091,920 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND430,919,200,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 12, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
