On August 07, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.336/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thien Long Group Corporation (securities code: TLG) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 26,792,426 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,679,038 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND26,790,380,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 29,471,464 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND294,714,640,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 11, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
