PTC: Decision on the change of listing

On August 05, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.332/QD-SGDHCM to allow Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company (securities code: PTC) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 10,000,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 7,999,999 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND79,999,990,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 17,999,999 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND179,999,990,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 07, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
