CSM: Decision on the change of listing

On August 27, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.383/QD-SGDHCM to allow the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (securities code: CSM) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 67,293,205 shares

-         Additional volume: 6,727,291 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND67,272,910,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 74,020,496 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND740,204,960,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 31, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
