-         Number of shares after additional listing: 169,186,117 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,691,861,170,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 31, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to exchange for the shares of Mass Noble Investments Co., Ltd.
