TTF: Decision on the change of listing

On August 25, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.379/QD-SGDHCM to allow Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (securities code: TTF) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 100,067,100 shares

-         Additional volume: 40,026,840 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND400,268,400,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 140,093,940 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,400,939,400,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 27, 2015

Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
