On July 23, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.305/QD-SGDHCM to allow VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (securities code: VIC) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 1,458,788,685 shares

-         Additional volume: 382,768,764 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND3,827,687,640,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 1,841,557,449 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND18,415,574,490,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 27, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends and to convert bonds into shares.
