KSB: Decision on the change of listing

On July 22, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.302/QD-SGDHCM to allow Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: KSB) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 18,000,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 5,400,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND54,000,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 23,400,000 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND234,000,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 24, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is bonus shares issued for the purpose of increase the charter capital.
