CLL: Decision on the change of listing

On July 22, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.302/QD-SGDHCM to allow Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company (securities code: CLL) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 24,000,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 10,000,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND100,000,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 34,000,000 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND340,000,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 24, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued for dividend payment, ESOP and private placement.
