UIC: The record date for cash dividend for 2014

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announced the record date of Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Ex-right date: July 10, 2015

-         Record date: July 14, 2015

-         Purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2014.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share).

-         Payment date: July 27, 2015

-         Place of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
