COM: The record date for cash dividend payment On June 26, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.683/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: July 07, 2015
- Record date: July 09, 2015
- Purpose: to pay the third dividend payment for 2014 and the first dividend payment for 2015
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/par value, in cash
+ The third dividend payment for 2014: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share).
+ The first dividend payment for 2015: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).
+ Payment date: July 23, 2015
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
