HQC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 29, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: July 13, 2015

-          Ex-right date: July 09, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio:1.5%/ par value (VND150/ share)

-          Payment date:   November 11, 2015

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from June 29, 2015.
