     * Dividend payment in cash 2014:
          - Exercise rate: 7,5%/share (shareholders receive VND 170 for every 01 share they own)

          - Exercise date: 31/07/2015
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Shareholders receive dividend at Rubber real estate construction joint stock company on working days from 31/07/2015. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
