TCO: Decision on the change of listing

On June 25, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.243/QD-SGDHCM to allow Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (securities code: TCO) to change the listing as follows:

-          Number shares before additional listing: 14,030,000 shares

-          Additional volume: 1,378,000 shares

-          Total additional value (based on par value): VND13,780,000,000

-          Number shares after additional listing: 15,408,000 shares

-          Total value after additional listing: VND154,080,000,000

-          Effective date of the listing license: June 29, 2015

-          Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends and to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
