LM8: Board resolution on additional listing

The Board of Directors of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company on June 22 approved the additional registration of 643,623 shares in the Vietnam Securities Depository and the additional listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. These shares were issued to pay dividends for 2014.
