FLC: Decision on the change of listing

On June 17, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.229/QD-SGDHCM to allow FLC Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: FLC) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 454,893,882 shares

-         Additional volume: 74,977,651 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND749,776,510,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 529,871,533 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND5,298,715,330,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: June 19, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s capital.
