-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,457,880,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 10,059,480 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND100,594,800,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: June 18, 2015

-         Reason of change: These are shares for the employee stock ownership plan.
