PTB: Decision on the change of listing

On June 25, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.245/QD-SGDHCM to allow Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (securities code: PTB) to change the listing as follows:

-          Number shares before additional listing: 12,000,646 shares

-          Additional volume: 2,399,988 shares

-          Total additional value (based on par value): VND23,999,880,000

-          Number shares after additional listing: 14,400,634 shares

-          Total value after additional listing: VND144,006,340,000

-          Effective date of the listing license: June 29, 2015

-          Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
