Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Company announces change in the Management Board as follows:

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Loan has resigned from General Director with effect since 25/05/2015; Mr. Tran Kien Cuong has been appointed General Director with effect since 25/05/2015.

Mr. Ngo Quang Trung has resigned from Deputy General Director with effect since 25/05/2015; Mr. Pham Hong Vuong has been appointed Deputy General Director with effect since 25/05/2015.
