- Mr. Pham Van Cung has  resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 17/06/2015

- Mr. Dao Quang Dung has  resigned from CEO with effect since 17/06/2015

- Mr. Truong Van Hien has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 17/06/2015

- Mr. Pham Minh Truong has been appointed CEO with effect since 17/06/2015.
