SCD: Notice of Personnel Change

Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company announced the segregation of duties in the Management Board as follows:

-          The Board of Directors assigned Ms. Nguyen Thuy Phuong, Chief Financial Officer, to concurrently hold the position of Sales Director from June 16, 2015, to replace Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duc because Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duc resigned.

-          The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Hoang Quang Dung, Technical Director, to concurrently hold the position of Supply - Logistics Director from June 16, 2015, to replace Mr. Vo Van Tho because Mr. Vo Van Tho was assigned as Acting CEO.
