-          Purpose:                       to implement the 2014 cash dividend payment

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20% (VND2,000/share)

-          Payment date:               June 18, 2015

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company – Lot 8, Thac Ba Town, Yen Binh Dist., Yen Bai Province on the working days from June 18, 2015, and please submit ID card.
