GDT: GDT to issue new shares

Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company disclosed its plan to issue 2,074,473 shares for to pay 2014 dividend and to increase charter capital:

-  Stock type: common share

-  Par value:   10,000 dongs / share

-  Number of issued shares: 10,372,365 shares

-  Number of outstanding shares: 10,372,365 shares

-  Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-  Number of shares expected to issue: 2,074,473 share, in which:

• Number of issued shares to pay dividend (15%): 1,555,855 shares
• Number of issued shares to increase charter capital from the owners’ equity source (5%): 518,618 shares

-  Value of issued shares: VND20,744,730,000

-  Issue ratio: 20% (100:20). The one who owns 01 share at the record date will receive 01 right, 100 rights will buy 20 new shares.

-  Finance resource: undistributed profit according to 2014 audited financial statements

-  Record date: June 12, 2015

-  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
