2)     Report use of proceeds from the offering:

-  Purpose of using the proceeds of the share offering under prospectus: the proceeds will be used to invest in the complex project at the new urban area in the South of Thanh Hoa city, which was started in July 2014 and is projected to complete in Quarter 3, 2016

-  At present: the company has got certificate for this project, completed its leveling items, infrastructure. The company is now completing the projects (water drainage system, traffic systems, etc). Total amount used of VND99.936 billion, the balance will be used to pay land use rights, construction, etc in the coming time.
