PTK: PTK to hold the 2015 Annual General Meeting for the 2nd time

On May 25, 2015, the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the first time) of Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 13 shareholders representing 6,150,375 shares (accounting for 28.47% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio of 65%, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Phu Thinh Metallurgy Joint Stock Company decided:

-  To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the first time);

-  The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

-  Meeting time: 07:30am June 16, 2015

-  Place: Que Huong Hotel, 152B5 Dai Kim New Urban Area, Hoang Mai, Ha Noi.

-  Objects: all shareholders are named in the list recorded on April 24, 2015.
