CDC: Explanation for business results in Quarter 1, 2015

Chuong Duong Corporation has announced explanation for business result in quarter 1, 2015 as follows:

-  Parent company FS: Profit after tax in Quarter 1, 2015 interested by VND2.76 billion, profit after tax in Quarter 1, 2014 was VND1.77 billion, increasing compared to Quarter 1, 2014 because of following reasons:

• Revenue in Quarter 1, 2015 increased 62% compared to Quarter 1, 2014 (revenue in quarter 1, 2015 was VND72,334 billion; revenue in Quarter 1, 2014 was VND44.771 billion)
• Cost of goods sold on sales ratio in Quarter 1, 2015 decreased 0.3% compared to Quarter 1, 2014 (in Quarter 1, 2015 was 84% and in Quarter 1, 2014 was 87%).

-  Consolidated FS: Profit after tax in Quarter 1, 2015 interested by VND2.76 billion, profit after tax in Quarter 1, 2014 was VND1.77 billion, increasing 56% compared to Quarter 1, 2014 because of following reasons:

• Revenue in Quarter 1, 2015 increased 65% compared to Quarter 1, 2014 (revenue in quarter 1, 2015 was VND75,682 billion; revenue in Quarter 1, 2014 was VND45,730 billion)
• Cost of goods sold on sales ratio in Quarter 1, 2015 decreased 0.2% compared to Quarter 1, 2014 (in Quarter 1, 2015 was 84% and in Quarter 1, 2014 was 86%).
