DAG: Board Resolution – May 20

Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company announced the board resolution dated May 20, 2015 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors approved plan of proceeds of VND190 billion from issuing new shares to public. The company plans to use VND79.8 billion to invest into its member companies, VND66 billion to purchase equipments, VND44.2 billion to add in the company’s working capital.

2)     The Board of Directors approved to open account at Vietcombank to receive payment for the new share issuance as follows:
