BTT: The record date for the third cash dividend for 2014

On May 11, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.514/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Ex-right date: May 19, 2015

-         Record date: May 21, 2015

-         Purpose: to pay the third cash dividend for 2014.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 07%/ par value (VND700/ share).

-         Payment date: June 05, 2015

-         Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (address: Floor 5,2-4, Luu Van Lang Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Hochiminh city) from June 05, 2015 on the working days (MON to FRI 08-12am-13:30-17:00pm) Please submit ID card.
