CLG: CLG changes the dividend payment date

According to Document No.18/CV-COTECLAND dated May 08, 2015 of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company and Announcement No. 2343/CNVSD-DK dated May 12, 2015 of Vietnam Securities Depository on the change of payment date for cash dividend. On May 13, 2015, HOSE announced to adjust contents in Announcement No.1135/TB-SGDHCM dated December 10, 2014 of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: March 18, 2014

-          Record date: March 20, 2014

-          Purpose: the change of payment date for cash dividend

• Old payment date: May 15, 2015
• New payment date: October 15, 2015

-          Reason: the company is facing difficulties in collecting payment from its clients for investment projects and focusing capital to hasten progress of constructing Blue Sapphire Resort Vung Tau Project as requested by the Investor to timely deliver houses for customers in Quarter IV - 2015. Therefore, the Company is not able to arrange the source for payment of cash dividend as announced.

Other issues in Announcement No. 1135/TB-SGDHCM dated December 10, 2014 by HOSE are unchanged.
