On April 23, 2015, HOSE announced the record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2014 of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (stock code: SRF) as follows:

—    Ex-right date:    May 06, 2015

—    Record date:     May 08, 2015

—    Purpose            to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2014           

—    Dividend pay-out ratio:           7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

—    Payment date:                        May 22, 2015

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:
