On April 23, 2015, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2014 of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: TDW) as follows:

-          Par value: VND 10,000        

-          Ex-right date: May 13, 2015   

-          Record date: May 15, 2015

-          Reason & Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2014

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND 1,200/ share).

-          Payment date: May 29, 2015
